Use the app, take care of your tools, don't sue us.
By downloading or using the ToolWall app ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
ToolWall grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on iPhones you own or control, in accordance with Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which governs your use of the app alongside these terms.
ToolWall is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every iOS update. We don't guarantee that the values, condition assessments or maintenance schedules you record will be accepted by any insurer, court or third party.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including but not limited to lost data, missed maintenance reminders, or disputes arising from loaned tools.
You agree not to reverse engineer, redistribute, or attempt to misuse the app or its embedded resources. You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will change, and material updates will be noted in the app's release notes on the App Store. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device. We may stop offering the app on the App Store at our discretion.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
